MOLINE, Ill --- Elliott Aviation today announced the Moline, Ill.-based business aviation services company has hired Kevin Breeden as regional sales manager, Central U.S. Breeden, who will be based in St. Louis, joins Elliott Aviation from Excel Aviation, Inc., where he served as director of sales. He has more than 20 years’ experience in business aviation.
