Elliott Aviation Receives 100 Percent Score in Embraer Audit

Elliott Aviation, a Phenom 100/300 Authorized Service Center, today announced a 100 percent score on their recent Embraer factory audit. The company had previously received a 99 percent score on their bi-annual audit in 2014.

The factory audit consists of items like infrastructure, organization, security, certification, training, tooling, planning, maintenance tracking and customer care. Elliott Aviation’s team in Moline, IL has made further enhancements to support Phenom 100/300 customers by creating a proximity switch for testing and creating parts protection storage racks in aircraft bays. They have also recently updated Embraer signage on the exterior of the building.

Elliott Aviation’s Phenom team has successfully completed several Phenom 72 month inspections and was one of the first facilities to do an aftermarket paint job on a Phenom 300. They are currently working on a PMA part to protect the baggage threshold on both Phenom 100 and 300 models of aircraft.

Elliott Aviation has been an Authorized Phenom 100/300 Service Center since 2011. They also hold factory authorizations for Hawker 400XP, Premier I/IA, King Air and Daher TBM. In addition, they are a 145 repair station for the Hawker 125 series of aircraft, Challenger 300 and most Citation models of aircraft. They are an ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 Rev C facility and an FAA and EASA approved repair station.
