Our Elliott Aviation Flying Cloud facility is an Authorized King Air and TBM service center. In addition, we’re a 145 part repair station for Hawker, Citation, Beechjet, Phenom, and Premier.

Jeff Solberg – Quality Control Manager

Jeff has 29 years of aviation experience. After gaining much experience from various MROs, he came to Elliott Aviation in 2007. He is factory trained on King Air 90, 200, and 500 series Pratt Engines. Jeff enjoys the varied scenarios and the challenges as they differ from day to day.

Dave Nelson – Quality Control Inspector II

Dave has 33 years of aviation experience and has spent 12 years with Elliott Aviation. He has his A&P/IA and FCC certifications and is factory trained on King Air 200/ 300, Pratt and Whitney JT-15D, and PW500 series engines, as well as Continental Motors and Phenom 300. Dave has always had an interest in aviation and vintage airplanes. He enjoys his position because he enjoys seeing projects to completion and working with the up-and-coming technicians to do so. Dave also enjoys making sure the regulatory paperwork is completed.

Mark Nistler – Lead Technician NDT Level III

Mark joined Elliott Aviation this year and has 28 years of experience in the aviation industry and as an NDT Technician, starting his career in 1987. Being an NDT Certified Level III technician, Mark can train and test for Certification, level I, and II NDT Technicians. He also has his A&P license, Honeywell 731 Engine Certifications on Automated eddy current inspections on Fan Disc, HPT Disc, #2 LPT Blades, #3 LPT Blades, Fan Blades, Ultrasonic Inspections on engine mainframes, Cessna Citation NDT Certification, and Hawker Beechcraft King Air Structural Repair Certification on wing attach fittings. He states, “I have always been interested in aviation; joining the Air Force reinforced the desire to continue my interest and knowledge of aircraft. Now it’s fun just going to work and being around airplanes.” Mark enjoys the people he works with. “Even after 28 years of being in aviation, I run into technicians who I learn technical detail from.”

Dave Fisher – Senior Technician

Dave has 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. Growing up he lived near the airport, which started his passion for aircraft. He is factory-trained on Beechjets and has experience with Citation Excels, King Airs, Premiers, and more. Dave gains satisfaction when solving problems that are hard to find.

Joe Schlosser – Technician II

Having 37 years of experience, Joe started in the aviation industry in 1978. In 1986, he came to Elliott Aviation. As a child, he read Popular Mechanics and as an adult, he has rebuilt airplanes. As a private pilot, Joe flies to work in his 1961 Piper Colt almost every day, weather permitting.

Phil Cleary – Service Technician II

Navy veteran Phil Cleary has 26 years of aviation experience. While serving in the Navy, he was an electrician on a nuclear submarine. Factory-trained on Beechjet and King Air 200, Phil was always been interested in aviation. He enjoys the satisfaction of getting the job done and done right.

Andrew Dale – Avionics Technician

Andrew has 16 years of aviation experience, four of those years with the Air Force. He started with Elliott Aviation in 2005 and enjoys making noticeable modifications for the passengers of the aircraft; while doing so, he is hoping to make flying more enjoyable. Andrew is factory trained on Cobham audio apps and Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21.
