Our headquarters in Moline, IL, is a one-stop-shop for all of your Phenom needs. Elliott Aviation is an authorized service center for the Phenom 100 and 300 and is fully staffed with some of the industry-leading technicians ready to assist. In addition to maintenance, we are one of the first facilities to perform an aftermarket paint job on a Phenom 300. Elliott Aviation has also recently obtained a Phenom 300 STC for activation of all Gogo Business Aviation Wi-Fi products. Bill Engle – Accessories Manager & Technical Support Manager

Bill has been in the aviation industry since 1982 and has been working on Phenoms for five years. Bill has been familiar with aircraft since age three as he grew up with airplanes on the family farm. His team is dedicated and determined to provide unmatched quality, uncompromising integrity, and unbeatable customer service.

Jon Schlapkohl – Phenom Crew Chief

Jon has 16 years of aviation experience and started working on Phenoms in 2014. Before coming to Elliott Aviation, he worked at Cessna in Milwaukee and has worked on numerous types of aircraft. Jon enjoys maintaining Phenoms because they are built on the latest aviation technology. His team is energetic, growing, and eager to assist.

Mitch Fiedler – Quality Control Inspector

Mitch Fiedler – Quality Control Inspector Mitch has 34 years of aviation experience, gaining five of those years in the Air Force. His passion for aviation started in fourth grade when his father took him to see the local airshow at the Moline, IL airport around 1972. While in attendance, he saw the Blue Angels and he never looked back. After serving in the Air Force, he came to work at Elliott Aviation in 1986. He enjoys maintaining Phenoms as they are a new technology for aircraft.

Cory Humphrey  – Quality Control Inspector

Cory has 17 years of experience in the aviation industry, four years serving in the Navy, and 13 years with Elliott Aviation. He obtained his A&P license in May 2002 from Hawkeye Community College, Waterloo, IA. Since then, he has been factory trained on many airframes, including Embraer Phenom 300, Hawker Beech composites, and RVSM certification. In addition to Quality Control, Cory has worked in our Avionics and Paint departments. His grandfather was an aircraft mechanic and Cory has always been a hands-on person who knew he wanted a select profession as an aircraft technician. He enjoys having different tasks every day, his fellow technicians, and the family atmosphere here at Elliott Aviation.

Larry Cawiezell – Phenom Service Technician III

Larry has 37 years of aviation experience, 16 years with Elliott Aviation. Before joining the Elliott team, he gained experience serving in the U.S. Air Force. Larry has his A&P Certificate and is factory trained on Phenom 100, as well as KingAir 300/350, Cessna Citation 550/560, Embraer Legacy 650, Pratt & Whitney JT15 Engine, and Pratt & Whitney 617E Engine. He has always been intrigued with airplanes and he maintains his main goal to do each task safely and efficiently. He is proud of his team for their integrity and he states, “Our team is dedicated to delivering a safe, quality product to our customers.”
