Can I receive a quote before I decide to charter a flight?
Absolutely. We want to help you make the choice that is right for you and your situation without pressure or obligation. Our friendly and knowledgeable charter staff will happily provide you with a quote and answer any of your questions.
What type of aircraft do you have in your fleet?
What other charter-related services do you offer?
Elliott Aviation’s charter staff can arrange hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering and other types of services. If you have a special request, don’t hesitate to ask.
How much notice do I need to give you when scheduling a flight?
Our charter staff is available around the clock and can arrange a flight in as little as a few hours. If flying internationally, it typically takes about 48 hours to arrange your flight depending on your destination.
What type of information will you need from me when I call?
Tell us when and where you want to go, how many passengers will be flying, if you’ll be stowing oversized items such as skis or golf clubs, and if you have any special requests such as catering or heightened security. We’ll also need to know if you require an aircraft equipped with office-style amenities such a table, fax, Internet and monitors for displaying PowerPoint presentations. Also tell us what type of travel you expect—extremely luxurious, spacious and comfortable, or simply roomy and efficient. We’ll match your needs with the ideal aircraft.
