MOLINE, Ill. – July 15, 2009 – Elliott Aviation has been named one of the top fixed base operation (FBO) chains in the United States by the readers of
Professional Pilot magazine. Elliott Aviation Aviation ranked Number Five nationally among all FBO chains according to the 35th Annual
Pro Pilot PRASE Survey released earlier this year.
A total of 1,743 Pro Pilot subscribers awarded Elliott Aviation's FBOS a cumulative score of 8.99 on a scale of one (poor) to ten (excellent) in six categories: line team, customer service representatives, facilities, amenities, promptness and efficiency and value for cost.
Elliott Aviation operates FBOs at its headquarters at Quad City International Airport (MLI) in Moline, Ill., Des Moines (Iowa) International Airport (DSM), Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Neb. (OMA) and at Flying Cloud Regional Airport in Eden Prairie, Minn. (FCM).
"We're honored to receive such high praise from professional pilots across the country," said John Mansfield, general manager of Elliott Aviation's facility at OMA and vice president of Elliott Aviation FBO Services. "Everyone at Elliott Aviation takes great pride in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service, and we are pleased to see these efforts rewarded in this year's PRASE survey."
