Elliott Aviation Adds Premier 1A To Charter Fleet

MOLINE, Ill., Sept. 10, 2009 --- Elliott Aviation today announced that the Moline, Ill.-based business aviation services company has added a Beechcraft Premier 1A, based at St. Paul (Minn.) Downtown Airport (STP) to its charter certificate. This is the sixth aircraft Elliott Aviation has added to its FAA Part 91 certificate in the past two years.

The company now operates a fleet of 16 jet and turboprop aircraft at its four full-service locations, which include its headquarters at Quad Cities International Airport (MLI) in Moline, Ill., Omaha, Neb.’s Eppley Airfield (OMA), Des Moines International Airport (DSM) and Flying Cloud Regional Airport (FCM) in Eden Prairie, Minn.

The Hawker Premier 1A is a regional jet that can transport four passengers a distance of 1,131 nautical miles (1,300 statute miles) at a cruising speed of 460 miles per hour (402 kts), offering swift and efficient access to virtually any airport in the region.
