At Elliott Aviation, we understand you are more than just a number and you deserve timely updates throughout your maintenance event. That’s why when your aircraft is scheduled in for maintenance, paint, interior or avionics work, you will be assigned a project manager to give you up-to-the-minute information on the status of your aircraft at one point of contact. Upon arrival, your project manager will facilitate an incoming debrief where they will review your work scope and any special requests. Throughout the process, they will keep you up to date with timely progress reports and photos, help facilitate your travel and lodging arrangements, make sure your invoicing is accurate and go through a debrief with you on delivery day.
